Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (UTC+8) will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days

Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $99 USD to the United States.
