ORDERS & PAYMENT

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods displayed at checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order may have entered processing. Please contact us at rightdo001@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, SSL-secured payment gateways. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: Which countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days. Express Shipping: 3–6 business days. Processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your package at https://www.17track.net

Q: Do I have to pay customs duties?

A: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Custom and final sale items are not eligible.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Email us at rightdo001@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days. Please do not ship items back without confirmation from us.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
