Thank you for shopping with LIDONG. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items marked as final sale or custom/personalized items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at rightdo001@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Do not ship items back to the original sender address without confirmation from us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item).

Partial refunds may apply if items are returned in a condition that does not meet our return eligibility requirements.

Exchanges are processed through the return flow. Please request a return and place a new order for the desired item.
