  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  • You will receive return instructions along with the return address.

  • Please securely package the item before sending it back.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
